5,297 firms appear in the 29,386 FDA food recall records published since 2012. 1,901 of them have 3 records or more and have a page here.
This list is ordered by record count and it is not a ranking. The FDA opens one enforcement record per product code, so a single recall of a product line with many codes appears as many records, and a firm carrying thousands of SKUs will sit above one that carries ten regardless of what happened. Most FDA food recalls are initiated by the firm itself.
The 3,396 firms with one or two records do not have a page. Their records appear on the year, state and hazard pages, and each record has its own page.
